How to Start a Return
Email storef3thy@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of any issues. We aim to process all requests within 7 business days.
Returned Items
All returned items must be unused, unworn, and unwashed with original tags attached. We do not accept worn, stained, damaged, or altered items. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method in the original currency within 7 business days of receiving the returned item.
Non-Returnable Items
- Sale or sample items
- Deliberately damaged items
- Items returned more than 7 days after delivery
- Custom/printed items produced correctly per your order
Order Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled while in "In Review" status. Email storef3thy@gmail.com immediately if you need to cancel.
Damaged or Lost in Transit
Claims for damaged, defective, or lost packages must be submitted within 7 days of delivery or estimated delivery date. Please include photos where relevant.
